2 Seconds (1998)
starring Charlotte Laurier
Charlotte Laurier plays a world-class downhiller who misses her start at the Worlds by two seconds and must adjust to life as an ex-mountain bike racer. Although obscure and hard to get, this is an above-average movie with charm and wit.
