I have made several purchases and have been very pleased with the delivery time in each case. I recently had a warranty claim on a component and was delighted with the way it was handled. The company has altered (and complicated!) the warranty claim policy but the staff of Texas Cyclesport made arrangements on my behalf to ship the part back directly to the distributor. Many thanks!

One of Texas Cycle Sports reps called me earlier today and he advised that I
will need the correct cassette to work with a Shimano hubset. I had ordered the wrong one On-line, Campy.

New DA10/Open Pros from Texas Cyclesports
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Just got my new handbuilt wheelset in today- I have not had a chance to ride them (that will have to wait until tomorrow morning) but from my first inspection these wheels seem great. I have had several handbuilts from a couple of different builders- these are on par with the best I have even gotten. The tension seems spot on and the over all build just looks perfect. I would recommend anyone in the market for a set of wheels to give them a look. They were great to deal with- responded promptly to every email that I set and got my wheels to me one week after I placed the order. They even emailed me back to verify that I was using the wheels on a 10 speed drivetrain. Right On!!!!! That is the kind of customer service I am looking for. To top it off I got the wheels and skewers and DT double butted spokes for $15 more than Performance wanted for the same set up only machine built not handbuilt. The new stickers on the Open Pros are kind of cool too- they are a prism that goes from a silver to a blue to almost a purple depending on the light- I just might have to keep the stickers on.

Texas Cyclesport is awesome!!
Good products, great prices, quick delivery, and excellent overall service. I ordered a 10 speed Shimano grouppo and some other accessories and was pleasantly surprised at the attention given to my order.
