honest seller. No hussle if the shipped textbook has a problem. They got me a replaced one immediately after I called them.

Site offers an attractive price, then e-mails 'sorry, backorder, will ship in 5 - 10 days'... NOT RECOMMENDED (unless delivery date is not important)

It's sheer cheating! First they mislead you into a deal with low price. Then they tell you that they don't know when the book can be shipped or it has to be backordered. While you are waiting, they increase the price (just check their price for the same book a week after you bought it). Now they feel that they can't profit from the deal with you, so they just "recommend" you cancel the order. After you "voluntarily" cancelled your order, they can sell the book at higher price to another customer. See, how clever they are! But your time and trust is waisted!

Tell you guys my terrible experience.
I ordered my book Aug 22 with UPS second day shipment because my class would start on Aug 24. Immediately they sent confirmation email with a backorder notice.
Finally I got the shipment confirmation by UPS second day shipment on Aug 29 after bunch phone calls and emails.
You can Not believe this, the next morning I got email from their Customer Service. It is said the book was shipped out by USPS Media mail, not traceable and takes 4-14 days. At this moment, my book is on my way. I don't know when it will arrive. The only thing I can think is return it immediately once I get it.

I have ordered numerous books from this source and always had service as promised. I'd recommend this site to anyone who is looking for finacial investing books. They have a lot of specials and "FREE" offers. Who said you can't get something for free? You can here!

Overall I like them they seem pretty good at getting things out, however more than once I asked for a book they had listed and found out it no longer exsisted and they forgot to take it off the site, I expect that kind of thing from half.com but not from a "full fledged store" a poss. is that There was a book I ordered that I did not like and they let me return it no questions asked that was a great bonus (I hate being hassled for returning a book I ended up not liking once I opened the first page)

I ordered a book (in stock) and they claimed to be shipping it for a month. After a second call to customer service, they refunded my money and said "sorry we can't change the past". Really, this bookstore should be removed from this website!!! They take your money, make interest off of it and then refund it. It's a scam!

I placed an order on week ago because the book was "in stock", but today I just received this email informed me that my order was cancelled. So I have to buy it from another store.
This store is terrible.
I think maybe the bestwebbuys should kick it out, otherwise more customers will experience such a bad service.

I ordered a book from Traders Library with two day shipping. The book never came, customer service wouldn't return my e-mails, and I was left without a book for two weeks. I finally went with another merchant. I would not use this merchant or recommend it to anyone else.

1. I was charged prices much higher than quoted at bestbookbuys.com
2. Book shown as available for shipment within 1 or 2 days at bestbookbuys.com was "back ordered'
I've dealt with several stores through bestbookbuys.com and this is the first time I've ever had trouble with a store.
You should consider dropping this store from your service.

Book was stated to be in stock when ordered on 2/11. On 2/20 I find that it was not in stock and cust. service did not know when it would be. This is not GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
