Received books on time and good conditon. However, watch out for phishing! Someone ordered stuff from my visa without my approval. This happend right after ordering book from them. Be sure to monitor your online purchases closely.

MOST HORRIBLE WEB EXPERIENCE EVER> 1 is the lowest rating possible or I would go lower. A month still no book. Claimed it shipped on Jan 20th a day after order, contacted Feb 20th still no book shipped. Said would refund yet nothing. How horrible. NEver buy unless you have money to throw away!!!!!!!!!!

wonderful place to get books, within 15 minutes i had confirmation that my books were availiable, they provided me with a tracking number very good deals, the only problem was trying to get on their website and check customer service, books showed up on time and in execellent shape, and no books were india printing like other comments had said

Book arrived on time. However, the person sold book didn't tell me the whole story. Obviously, the book is not so called Brand New (I can prove it). Additionally, it didn't state that it was printed in India with inferior paper. Though the price is good, that point should be explained clearly in advance. Be honest next time, please.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, and this is not because i had a bad order. The book i recieved has 344 pages while the original has 544. I called to find out if thier copy has smaller prints or if there were pages missing but nobody could help me. Worse of they don't do refunds. you only way you can get your money back is to sell the book. Customer service was hard to understand (India) and impatient and annoying to deal with.

TextBookx.com has very bad customer service. They sell India Edition of books and they are suppose to cost much cheaper than what they charge. Their Customer service represenative have very bad attitude problem. I think this web-site is a Fraud.

A book that I ordered was in really really bad condition. Even they put new picture of edition for that, although it was old one. It is a kind of fraud. They just took 50% of the price of that book (excluidng shipping fee) from me. It was terrible trasaction that I had have before.

i read other comments, and hesitated before buying 13 books, but i thought that it was worth trying because of the bargain prices, plus i got free shipping. i was very worried when they gave me a tracking number that didn't work, or had no info on it. but my order arrived exactly a week later. the customer reps are a little hard to understand -indian. but they assured me that my order was shipped. i would use them again.

I ordered the book only to recieve an email a few days later telling me it was out of stock, yet the book is still up for sale on the website. Don't bother to buy a book here, no matter how low they say the price is, be safe and use another store.

I ordered seven books. I received an e-mail confirming my order and notifying me that one of the books was out of stock. I also received an e-mail with a tracking number when the books were shipped. The books arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Horrible site design. Impossible to buy more than one book at a time. Books disappear from available list without going into shopping cart then reappear an hour later. Customer service was no help at all. Still waiting after 4 days for seller to confirm sale. Not sure I'll ever shop there again and I'm an affiliate of theres.

Even though a book was listed in stock, I received an email after placing my order that it was not in stock. This was done promptly, but it was annoying and they did not offer to substitute a used copy which supposedly was also available.

Two days after placing my order, received email saying that one of my books was not available. Then a week after I placed my order, received an email that my book had been shipped. A week after I received that email, I finally got my book, an entire 2 weeks after I placed my order.Customer service was no help either.

How can you rate a NONEXISTENT customer service? Their answer to every question is "NOTHING we can do about it". I have bought from lots of other book store and NEVER have a encountered such a LACK of service. RUDE, INFRIENDLY and absolutely NO service! The price of the Text Book was good; however, they advertised that it would ship in 24 hours and it took 5 buisness days. They also mis-represented the amount of time it would take for the book to arrive at my house. It was advertised to take about three days. It took 8 buisness days.

Ordered textbook on the 21st; wasn't shipped until the 2nd of the next month. MUCH, MUCH longer than any other website I've used to purchase textbooks. I should receive a free shipping upgrade if it's going to take that long to determine that they have the textbook and then finally ship it out. RIDICULOUS! Customer "service" offered only a lame excuse that didn't really explain the long delay. NEVER AGAIN

Got an order confirmation. Called in a week later in order to check on the order that never came and found out they'd cancelled it. This is for textbooks. People *need* textbooks, very few them for fun or light reading. That kind of service is unacceptable.

They said (And bestwebbuys.com indicates that they still say) that my book was in stock. Three days later I get an email from some company called "AKADEMOS" saying my book WAS IN STOCK when I placed my order, but that it no longer is. Hmmm...who in the heck is Akademos, and why am I getting communications from THEM (not even mentioning the fact that they are affiliated in any way with textbookx.com)? And how hard is it to just keep your stuff updated so that it doesn't say "in stock" when your books AREN't IN STOCK?

I located the 2 books I needed through Bestbookbuys.com but could only locate them at TextbookX by using the IBSN #. When I searched by title or author, the TextbookX website told me it did not have the books after bestbookbuys told me it did.

I ordered a used book not really knowing what condition I would receive it in. The book I received was shipped on time and in excellent condition. Because of this I have since ordered another used book. Being a full time student this option helps me save money on the amount of bookd I have to purchase each semester.

textbookx.com had several cards stacked against them. 1)they took 72hrs to verify my cc. 2)they used the post office to deliver my book(the post office lost the shipment) they could have given me a discount on new order for the trouble that went.

I've been buying my books from them for about a year, and while there was a temporary delivery glitch in January, I've never been less than 100% satisfied with them. They have the best prices and outstanding customer service, and I've always received my books on time. I'll definitely keep using them!

These guys were everything I hoped for - I saved about 45$ on book prices, didn't pay extra shipping costs, and got the books in 10 days. A friend spent the extra money, overnighted his shipment, and got his in 3 days for about $60 bucks more. I'll use them again!

This place sucks! They might have the right price for some books. However, unless you don't need your book for awhile I would suggest going somewhere else. Even if you have to pay an extra buck or two. I ordered a book that was suppost to ship in 4 to 7 days and didn't recieve it for over 3 weeks.

I recently placed an order for 2 books. According to the availability information, I expected my order to ship in 4-8 days. 3 weeks and more than 5 calls later, one of my books shipped. One never did ship, and I was refunded 10 days after the other book shipped. The customer service was mixed. After talking to several imcompetent people, I reached someone who made things happen.

Ordered a textbook that "ships in 2-5 business days". 19 days and 3 assurrances that it would ship "that day" it still hadn't shipped. Had to order it elsewhere to get it in time for class.
