Try these solutions:

1. When you click on a "BUY" link, a NEW browser window should open taking you to that store's website. Sometimes the new window is hidden under other open windows on your desktop. Try looking on your desktop for other open browser windows.
2. If you use Internet Explorer 4.0 or 4.1, try this solution.
3. Email us the URL of the search results page and the name of the store where you clicked on "BUY" and we'll check it out.

Email us the name of the hot deal and describe the problem.

Sometimes stores do not show up in the search results because the store's website is down or very slow. These problems are usually temporary and the store is added back to our searches as soon as possible.
