When a signal is detected by the recording unit, it automatically senses the level of the music, and sets the recording levels for the highest quality recording and lowest distortion levels. Synchronized Recording automatically begins the recording when a signal from the CD (or other source) is sensed, eliminating false starts and long spaces at the beginning of your recordings.
