2002 Contest Results:
est Web Buys received 18,815 entries for the 2002 scholarship program. The contest,
which ran from March to December 2002, asked undergraduate and graduate students
attending accredited colleges and universities in the United States to submit essays
answering the question What book should our political leaders read and why?
Essays were limited to 500 words or less and eligibilty was limited to citizens and
legal residents of the United States.
