The directory was designed to assist consumers looking for manufacturers of specialty bikes, components and accessories as well as to assist them in locating warranty service or replacement parts.

Once at BestBikeBuys.com consumers can search by keyword, product category or manufacturer. The Best Bike Buys search lists stores that carry the item as well as the price. The site also details a list of "Hot Deals" offered by their bike store partners for additional savings.

A search for Crank Brothers' Egg Beater Pedals (2002), Michelin Axial Pro Light Road Tire, and Bell 2002 Ghisallo Helmet illustrate the savings Best Bike Buys offers. These three items have a combined manufacturer's suggested retail price of $294.94. A search today at Best Bike Buys finds these same items selling for $138.93, a savings of $156.01 over MSRP.
