The Best Book Buys' $1,500 Scholarship essay contest is open to undergraduate or graduate students in good standing attending a 2 or 4 year accredited college or university in the U.S. or its territories as of Fall 2001. Applicants must also be legal residents of the U.S.

The essay judged to be the most compelling, influential and well written will win the $1,500 Scholarship. The scholarship will be paid directly to the winner.
